And the legal terms and conditions …

Applicability of the Terms and Conditions

  • These terms and conditions apply to TODI services provided to consumers (hereinafter ‘customer’ or ‘the customer’).
  • These terms and conditions apply, to the exclusion of third-party terms, to every delivery of products and services by TODI to the customer.
  • The applicability of any other terms and conditions (including those of the customer) is excluded. Deviating conditions apply only insofar as they have been expressly accepted in writing by TODI and apply only to the relevant agreement.
  • These terms and conditions are supplemented by TODI’s general house rules (above) and are expressly accepted by the customer.
  • The house rules are posted on the website and can be requested at the facility’s reception desk if desired. The customer is obliged to know and comply with these house rules.
  • TODI may refuse or deny access to persons at any time if their behavior gives cause to do so.

Payment for Online Reservations

  • Admission tickets can always be purchased online via the website www.todi.be.
  • Admission tickets must be paid in full in advance—with the exception of group reservations. The customer cannot claim any right to the delivery of services by TODI until full payment of the amount due to TODI has taken place.
  • For group reservations (from 11 people), a deposit of 20% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
  • The remaining 80% of the payment is made on-site at the reception desk.
  • The customer’s payment must be made net into TODI’s bank account, without any discount, withholding, or set-off.

Cancellation of the Reservation

  • Cancellation of the reservation must be made by means of an unequivocal statement via an email addressed to info@todi.be
  • TODI will immediately provide confirmation of receipt of the cancellation via email.
  • In the event of cancellation, the reservation will not be refunded but will be moved to a new date free of charge.
  • PLEASE NOTE: For training courses and introductory sessions, the reservation can only be moved to a later date upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. A refund is NOT possible.
  • In the event of cancellation by the customer, TODI is entitled to accept new reservations for the period in question.

Liability

  • TODI makes every effort to perform its tasks to the best of its knowledge and ability.
  • TODI excludes all liability toward its customer or any third party, with the exception of its possible liability toward its customer for intent or gross negligence on the part of TODI or its employees.
  • TODI is not liable to the customer for any damage resulting from any failure by the customer to comply with the house rules.
  • Each customer is personally responsible for personal accidents and their personal belongings.
  • Neither TODI nor its employees can be held responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of goods on the premises of the facility. Belongings must be stored in the designated lockers at all times.

Privacy

  • TODI treats personal data it receives in the context of the agreement with the customer as strictly confidential and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
  • TODI includes the customer’s name and address details in a customer database. These are used to execute the agreement and may also be used to keep those involved informed of various TODI promotions and events.
  • The customer consents to the use of the relevant data for the purpose described above.
  • TODI will not disclose any substantive information it has received from the customer in the context of executing the agreement, unless otherwise agreed or if TODI is required to do so by law or regulation.
